Used printer cartridges and consumables are WEEE waste and must not go in to your general waste. Inkjet and toner cartridges contain valuable materials that can be re-used. Everything you collect in your BOS RED BOX has the potential to be re-used for another useful lifecycle and will not go to landfill. Lets all play our part and make a difference.

BOS RED BOX Classic
Similar to a moving box, the BOS RED BOX can be easily folded and setup. To dispose of the box correctly just close the lid, seal all the edges and it's good to go.
- Size -54x42x61cm - 138L capacity
- Delivered flat packed but easy to assemble
- Will take on average 15 to 18 used laser printer cartridges (depending on size of cartridge)
- You can use your own box and simply order a collection, PLEASE ENSURE the box is no bigger than 54x42x61cm otherwise additional collection charges will apply.
Must go on a pallet and be secured with pallet wrap to make it safe to transport when full.

- Delivered flat packed but easy to assemble
- Can hold up to 200 used laser printer cartridges
- You can use your own boxes but must be secured on a pallet with pallet wrap up to a maximum height of 180cm otherwise additional collection charges will apply.
Collection and Disposal of Used Cartridges
Collect - Sort - Recycle - Reuse
When your box is full of used printer consumables and ready for collection, get in touch with us to request your collection and the box will be collected from your door.
Before sealing the box for collection, PLEASE ENSURE all waste bottles are securely wrapped in a sealed plastic bag to avoid leakage in transit. PLEASE SEAL all open edges on your box to avoid toner leakage on your premises and whilst in transit.
- Supply of collection boxes
- Courier or pallet collection when the box if full
- Processing and recycling of all goods on receipt
- Each item classified as recyclable or waste
- Items that can be reused are sent for reuse
- Waste items are given end-of-life destruction in the UK
- Waste Transfer Notes (WTN) can be issued on request for any customer keeping a waste trail audit
