The well-being of our customers, staff and the local community is an absolute priority, and we would like to assure you that our attention is focused upon implementing the latest health and safety advice to ensure you receive an ongoing and uninterrupted service from BOS Office Supplies.
All employees are fully aware of the current requirements around health and safety measures to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our daily work including, where required to self-quarantine.
Some staff will be working from home where possible. Others are working in ‘separate offices’ within the building and making the best use of the space from a social distancing point of view. We ask that customers don’t visit the premises until further notice please, however be aware that full support is available via telephone, email and video conferencing where possible.
We have assessed the possible threats to our supply chain, both directly and indirectly, by engaging with our suppliers regarding the actions they are taking to minimise the risk to their business. Currently we foresee no issues with regard to product supply other than alcohol hand gels and face masks etc that are in short supply globally.
Most of our business is transacted over the phone and delivered directly to customers which in these times is a good thing, we also have the option to place orders online, please contact us if you require setting up for this.
Our retail shop is open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm. We have sanitising stations at the front and back entrances. Plan printing and copying services are available, however we would ask where possible to send your files in ahead of collection (to reduce waiting in the shop).
